Holiday Re-Heating Instructions

Holiday Ham

Preheat Oven to 325º

Poke holes in plastic bag in

front, center, and rear with fork.

Heat in oven alone for approx. 1 hr or until hot

Heat with other food for approx 1 hr and 30 min or until hot

When heated, baste with extra glaze

or use as sauce.

Holiday Turkey

Preheat Oven to 325º

Poke holes in plastic bag in

front, center, and rear with fork.

Heat in oven alone for approx. 1 hr or until hot

Heat with other food for 1 hr and 30 min or until hot

Let cool in bag for 15 minutes

Note that overheating this product will alter

quality and presentation.

Dressing

Preheat oven to 375º

Keep in container

Bake for 90 min.

Remove lid, stir product and

continue baking for 30 min. or until hot

Stir again before serving.

Gravy

Microwave:

Put in Microwavable dish

Heat for 1 minute 30 seconds then stir.

Continue cooking at 20-30 sec intervals,

stirring and checking the temperature

until hot

Stove-top:

Place in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a strong simmer stirring frequently to prevent burning.


Rudy's Turkey Breast

Preheat oven to 325º

If whole breast is purchased, keep in

covered foil pan.

Heat for approx. 1 hr. or until hot

For microwave, heat for 30 sec. per half lb. or until hot

Brisket

Preheat oven to 325º

If whole brisket is purchased, keep in

covered foil pan.

Heat whole brisket for approx. 1 hr. or until hot

For microwave, heat for 30 sec. per half lb. or until hot


Cream Corn

Microwave Only.

Put in microwaveable dish

Heat for 1 min 30 sec then stir.  Continue cooking at 20-30 sec intervals, stirring and checking the temperature until hot

Add 2 tablespoons of milk until desire thickness is achieved
