The Doc's Club is eligible only for online orders placed through our website or the Rudy's app. This program is not valid for online orders placed on 3rd party websites, call-in orders, or dine-in.

To begin earning points, you must first create an account through our online ordering menu. Once you create and verify your account, sign in at the beginning of your online order to earn points and redeem any available rewards! Already have an online ordering account? Just sign in and order online to begin earning points!

Order online through our website and app, you will earn that many points for every dollar you spend. These points are used to redeem rewards towards your online delivery order. To receive your points, you must be signed in to your online ordering account. If you checkout as a guest, your order will not be valid for earning points.

From your Loyalty Dashboard, you will be able to view your total points, points needed to redeem each reward, available rewards for you to claim, recent activity, tier status, tier benefits, and amount needed to get to the next tier level. You can access your Loyalty Dashboard from the online menu. To do this, sign in and from the top of the menu click on the star icon with your points.

To claim your rewards you must first sign in to your online ordering account. To claim, just click on your eligible reward and it will automatically be added to your order - no promo code needed! You can claim eligible rewards from the top of your menu, your Loyalty Dashboard, or within your cart by selecting it from the discount drop down. Once you claim a reward and place your order, the points for that reward will be deducted from your order. If you cancel your order, your reward + points deducted for reward will be added back to your account and points earned from the order will be removed.

Doc's Club is only valid for online orders placed through Rudy’s website, www.leonspringsbbq.com and the Rudy's App. The more you spend within a year, the more benefits you earn! Every time you sign in and order online, your order total goes towards your total annual spend. Within your Rewards Dashboard, you will be able to view your tier status to see your current tier’s: benefits, annual spend, and how much more you need to spend to get to the next tier level along with the next tier’s: benefits and annual spend. At the end of the year, your tier level will reset. Don’t worry, any available points and rewards will roll over to the next year!
