Our catering includes 1 hour of serve time. Our team will show up prior to serve time and get everything set up and ready to go. Team will include 2 servers and a cutter. The meat is cut fresh on-site for your catering!

Serve time is the time you pick at check out, the time the food will be served. Example if you select a 5:30pm catering we will show up prior to 5:30pm and get everything set up and ready to serve the food from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Deliverys are dropped off 15 minutes prior to serve time.
